Kirstine Kroeyer

Kirstine is a PhD student in the precision medicine group at CHIP. She holds a MSc in engineering in bioinformatics and systems biology from the Technical University of Denmark (2021). Her PhD is focused on how metabolomics data can be used to explain underlying mechanisms in immunocompromised patients that may explain varying risks of comorbidities. In MISTRAL, she will contribute to the bioinformatic work of WP4, specifically related to metabolic and gut microbiome interactions.
